Anjani Patel

Head of Inclusion and Diversity

Anjani works with industry stakeholders to drive inclusion across the TV and film sector.

She provides support and advice to independent production companies to help them increase diversity and embed inclusion across their businesses and their productions. Anjani has created Pact's online DEI resources, designed specifically to help production companies create sustainable strategies for change.

Anjani also represents the independent sector on cross sectoral working groups including Project Diamond, The TV Access Project (TAP) and The Skills Passport.

Before joining Pact, Anjani worked as a producer and director across unscripted genres for over 18 years.
