Tom Brisley, a BAFTA and RTS award-winning producer, is CEO of Arrow Media.

Tom’s creative vision and leadership have played an integral role in establishing Arrow Media as one of the UK’s most ambitious creative forces and a leading producer of factual content around the world. The company specialises in creating high-quality and innovative programming across all platforms.

Powerful storytelling is at the heart of what Tom does best. He spearheaded Arrow Media’s foray into True Crime, which includes a slate of returning series including Body Cam, See No Evil and American Monster for Investigation Discovery, Shark Attack 360 for National Geographic Channel, The Secrets of the Hells Angels for A&E and Magic Of Disney’s Animal Kingdom for Nat Geo and Disney+. Tom is also a specialist in factual coproductions collaborating with broadcasters around the world to create stand out documentaries and limited run specials. 

Prior to Arrow Media, Tom ran the factual TV output of Darlow Smithson Productions where he was responsible for creating and executive producing more than 150 hours of television. Previously, Tom worked as a producer/director in the independent sector and at the BBC, where he started his TV career as a graduate trainee.
