Tom is an experienced Executive Producer/Series Editor specialising in documentary content. He has led a number of flagship television programmes including the acclaimed 24 Hours in A&E. His other credits include Fever Pitch and The Battle for the Premier League.  

Tom began his career on Channel 4's first dedicated Production Training Scheme for disabled talent - and has been a Disability Consultant to thinkBIGGER! for the past two years. He has trained across many of the thinkBIGGER! schemes including for ITV and Channel 4. He is a double amputee and has shared his own journey as a disabled member of the television industry on panels and industry events.
