Gary has over 10 years’ experience serving clients in the media sector through the provision of audit, accounting and tax compliance services. Working closely with clients to define strategies for both current and future financial activity, he also enjoys working on special projects including business valuations, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and advisory work.
A skilled finance professional, Gary also spent three years working in industry. He is therefore well placed to provide both commercial and technical support to a range of clients; from start-ups to large international groups.
Gary is a core member of the Moore Kingston Smith Business Growth Services (MooreMentum) team. In this role, he supports businesses with their growth objectives, whether that be reaching new levels of profitability, maximising value for sale, expanding into a new market or overcoming macro-economic barriers to growth. Using his industry experience, Gary is able to critically evaluate the financial reporting of businesses to better inform decision-making. This is central to the Business Growth Programme, a systematic process that identifies pressure points specific to each company where often simple changes will lead directly to efficiencies and growth.
As another string to his bow, in 2018 Gary completed a secondment at our Moore member firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a result, and through sustained partnership with Moore Tejero, Gary has a deep understanding of, and close links to, the Latin American market. Using his expertise in this area, he assists in the inward investment process of companies from the region that are setting up in the UK.

Dinah Patmore is part of the management team of Moore Kingston Smith People Advisory and oversees the People Adviser division.
Dinah works closely with business owners and leaders to help shape their people strategy. Central to this is delivering on her clients’ priorities when it comes to attracting and retaining talent, namely enhancing the employee experience and performance of the business. Dinah also specialises in designing and delivering training solutions, and is a certified mediator and coach.
