Reaction to Prevention

A guide to the new mandatory duty to tackle sexual harassment in the workplace with employment law specialists from Wiggin.

On Monday 26th October 2024, a new duty requiring employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace came into force.

As we approach the six-month anniversary of the new legislation, there will be little excuse for those businesses who have failed to properly assess the risks of sexual harassment occurring or take the necessary steps to combat these.

This Q&A focused webinar, presented by Wiggin’s employment law specialists, will set out what UK production companies need to do to comply with the new regulations and examine recent industry learnings from the first six months of implementation.

This legal development is relevant to all producers and is not a session to miss.

This event is open to leaders of UK-based independent production companies and their employees and freelancers.

If you do not have an existing Pact website login, you will need to register for an account as part of the registration process. This is a quick and simple process and you do not have to work for a Pact member company in order to register.
