Sam Margaritis

Sam Margaritis worked as freelance PM and Line Producer for many years before joining the NFTS as CPD Short Course Producer where she also designed and led the Production Management Diploma course.

After a short ‘break’ as a full-time mother, Sam then spent the next 11 years as Managing Director of Digital Orchard, growing the company from a small start-up to a successful B-Corp and Albert, on-set and post-production film and digital service provider.

Sam is now partnered with Thrive, an innovative executive search and talent strategy company specialising in creative industries, and Value Squared, a boutique consultancy that boosts the value of businesses and brands.

As an AuDHD* mother to an AuDHD, PDA** daughter, Sam has a strong motive to educate the world on neurodivergence to help create an inclusive working environment for all.

*AuDHD refers to having both autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

**Pathological demand avoidance (PDA) is a pattern of behaviour in which kids go to extremes to ignore or avoid anything they perceive as a demand.

Robyn Ramsden-Wilde

Head of Production, The Bureau

Robyn Ramsden-Wilde has worked as a Production Executive for Sky Studios and is now the Head of Production for The Bureau (45 Years, After Love, Supernova), working alongside producer Tristan Golligher. Before going in house, Robyn spent a decade working in production on projects including Joanna Hogg’s Sundance winning The Souvenir, Gurinder Chadha's Beecham House for ITV, and Steve McQueen’s Small Axe for BBC & Amazon. She also co-produced Romola Garai's directorial debut, Amulet.

Robyn has taught for the NFTS, ScreenSkills & DV talent, and she has a Law degree and a Biology degree. Her lived experience as an autistic and ADHD person in the creative industries drives her work towards creating inclusive workplaces.
