To achieve this, we help our members to embed diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across their businesses and productions, and work with industry partners to drive structural change.
We recognise the challenges that independent producers face, and that a one-size-fits-all approach for DEI does not exist. That’s why we provide a range of resources and support.

For over a decade we have been working with our members to help new diverse talent take their first steps into the industry through our unique talent scheme.
Industry-wideDEI
We contribute to pan-industry DEI initiatives including the Creative Diversity Network, Diamond, the TV Access Project and the Coalition for Change.
Online DEIResources
Our Resource Hub offers a range of DEI resources to Pact members and the wider industry to help support businesses and individuals to become more inclusive.

We run a regular programme of in-person and online events and workshops to inform our members about inclusion and connect them with diverse talent.
PactNext Level
We provide on-going support to our Indie Scheme alumni to help them find new opportunities and continue their careers in the sector.
The TAPToolkit
We host this resource to support industry efforts to create a substantive and permanent structural shift to ensure access provision for Disabled talent.
