Pact members can now access new sustainability resources in the Resource Hub to help embed sustainable practices into your businesses and productions.

We will be engaging with ministers, MPs and other Government officials over the coming months and need your help.

Today the Government published two reports on AI and copyright which confirm that it has listened to the concerns of stakeholders including Pact and others in the creative industries.

Pact members are encouraged to respond to a national survey of UK creative rightsholders, which is exploring demand for a proposed data‑exchange system for cultural and creative content.

Pact broadly welcomes a new House of Lords Communications and Digital Committee report, which sets out a clear warning about the risks posed by generative AI to the UK’s creative sector. 

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport is conducting an information gathering exercise on the current and potential impact of the Middle East conflict on creative sector activity.
