Pact Indie Scheme: London

SchemeOverview

The Pact Indie Scheme in London has been running for over 10 years.

It is aimed specifically at entry-level diverse talent, both graduates and non-graduates.

Participants undertake a paid six-month placement with an independent production company, providing them with the opportunity to develop their talents in a thriving business environment.

In addition, each participant is partnered with a senior-level mentor from within their company, and receives bespoke training from ScreenSkills, the NFTS and BECTU Vision in areas such as copyright, storytelling, and camera operating.

Indie SchemeCompanies

These are the independent production companies who were involved in the most recent edition of our London Scheme.

We have been privileged to be part of the Indie Scheme since its inception. Pact is able to bring together multiple indies as a cohort to make a truly attractive and inclusive proposition for new talent.
