Pact Council has elected Holly Pye as Vice-Chair who will take up the post with immediate effect.
Holly joined Objective Media Group (OMG) in July 2018, as the company’s first Commercial Director.
Working across the group’s labels financing programmes, exploiting rights and negotiating deals, Holly’s expertise is finding new opportunities for commercial growth in an ever-changing global market.
Prior to joining OMG, Holly spent seven years at London talent agency James Grant Media, where she was Entertainment Board Director working across the strategy and management of a wide variety of high-profile clients.
Holly’s CV also boasts William Morris Agency (WMA) and William Morris Endeavor (WME) where she ran the TV department in the UK representing UK and US production companies and talent.
Holly will serve as Vice-Chair to Pact Council Chair Jane Muirhead, MD of Raise the Roof productions, and her term will run until December 2026.

Additionally, five Pact members have been co-opted to Council to ensure that it represents the diverse interests of Pact’s membership. Pact Council co-opts members to Council where it identifies it needs certain skills or expertise that are not already reflected in the elected Council.

- James Burstall – James is CEO of Argonon.
- Billy Macqueen – Billy is Executive Producer and Co-MD of Darrall Macqueen.
- Steve Warr – Steve is Managing Director of Raw Cut.
Pact Council oversees the work of our trade body, signing off budgets and financial plans, as well as agreeing our organisation’s policies, campaigns, terms of trade and collective agreements.
