The results of the 2024 Pact Council Election have been announced at the Pact AGM, which took place at 11:00am on Wednesday 11th December.
Jane Muirhead has been re-appointed Pact Chair. She was first appointed as Pact Chair at the end of 2022 and has served an initial two-year period. Jane is Co-Founder and MD of Glasgow based Raise the Roof Productions. The company has delivered over 1000 hours of network TV and sold to numerous countries worldwide with top titles including Kirstie and Phil’s Love It or List It. Under Jane’s leadership, staff wellbeing and career development form the pillars of the company ethos, and Raise the Roof has featured in the top 20 Broadcast Best Places to Work in TV in 2017, 18 and 19 and in the top 10 in subsequent years.

Members
A further 11 Council positions were announced at the AGM. The members, who stood for election and were voted for by eligible Pact members, will serve a two-year term running from January 2025 to December 2026. Pact Council oversees the work of our organisation, signing off budgets and financial plans, as well as agreeing policies, campaigns, terms of trade and collective agreements.
