Pact to Offer Members Free Access to HR Support Line

Pact is today launching its latest member benefit, giving free access to its members to the HR support line 'Tell Jane'.

Access to the support line is designed to help members to proactively address workplace challenges, including:

  • General HR Support
Providing expertise on a broad range of HR issues to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Preventing Harassment and Discrimination
Offering practical advice and strategies to create safe, inclusive work environments.
  • Managing Conflict Effectively
Guidance on resolving disputes and fostering positive workplace relationships.

Tell Jane's HR practitioners and DEI consultants are experienced in preventing and handling harassment, bullying and discrimination. They provide training, consultancy services and practical support to help businesses put their people first.

Pact CEO John McVay OBE, said: “It is important that producers can address HR issues that may arise with staff or freelancers in an efficient and balanced way. Providing our members with access to a free support line – alongside a suite of other resources available on the Pact website – will give members practical advice, as well as coaching and guidance to help address challenges as they arise.”

Lisa Bell, Founder, Tell Jane, said: "We’re proud to be partnering with Pact to ensure its members have access to the tools and expertise needed to build inclusive and respectful workplaces. This initiative is about empowering people to handle HR matters with confidence and care."

For more complex issues requiring deeper involvement, Pact members will be able to access in-depth consultancy services from Tell Jane at a reduced rate.
